One of our very exciting services we offer to companies & clients within the construction industry is backplates for CGIs.
What are CGI backplates? Backplates are real-life photographs which are captured by us, and then provided either to the developer or the CGI team, in which the CGI artists implement their 3D models into. This creates a realistic live photomontage visual which can be used for planning applications, selling the development off-plan, interest with investors, brochures, board meetings and marketing.
Real-life CGI photomontages are highly beneficial as they showcase the development/build within the true landscape for the location, how the development benefits the area, how it sits with regards to neighbouring properties and amenities, as well as provides a higher value visual result for brand building, marketing and the planning application committee.
