Montello Mews
Silverleaf Group are an award winning development company based south of London covering London, Surrey and their surrounding areas. They have recently announced their latest development of two new 3 bedroom contemporary homes in the heart of South Croydon, a minutes walk from the train station, Montello Mews.

We've been contracted by Silverleaf Group to capture the build progress of the development to produce marketing content for their social media platforms, portfolio and website.
​
The content we produce will be used to help market the properties and build up higher quality images of their work across their portfolio to better showcase the true value of the homes they build.
Below, you will see some CGIs of how the how the homes will look upon completion, as well as the photographs and video footage we have been capturing.
The Design CGIs
Visit 1
The brief for Visit #1 was to capture footage of the site pre-works to produce a marketing video advertising the location of the development. ​

Alongside the video footage shot, we were also asked to capture aerial photographs of the development & location, for marketing content purposes.
​
Footage captured throughout Visit #1 will also be used in the 'Overall Timelapse' video we will be producing upon completion of the development.
Visit 2
Visit #2 saw us return to capture the homes at first floor mid-progress. It was vital for us to capture this important visual change to showcase how the homes had progressed from the initial visit, primarily for the 'Overall Timelapse' video but also as an update for Silverleaf Group's social platforms.

Alongside the footage for the Timelapse Cinematic and Site Update Video, we also captured aerial photographs of the site for marketing content to be used by Silverleaf Group.
Visit 3
Visit #3 saw us return to the site to capture the ground and first floor brickwork completed, along with the roof-on and windows going in.
​
During this visit we captured the window team fitting the modern, contemporary, windows into the homes from both the ground and the skies! We also captured the team applying plasterboard, plywood, and making finishing touches to the walls and staircase - ready for the open day on Saturday 25th June 2022!

Silverleaf Group also asked us to capture some ground-photographs for this visit, to capture the progress of each of the rooms.
Visit 4
Visit #4 - Our final visit to this project saw us capture the completed homes for both the final 'Site Update' marketing video as well as the overall journey video.
​
During this visit, we captured aerial drone photographs, ground real estate photographs, as well as ground and drone video for the main marketing edits.
​
