Backplate photography is the art of taking high-quality photographs of a subject, e.g. a site which is to be newly developed, which will then be provided to a CGI artist team, to implement the 3D rendered models, into.

GRIGGS HOMES
Bentley Gardens - The Old Wyevale Garden Centre
Griggs reached out to us regarding their newly aquired site, The Old Wyevale Garden Centre, which they will be developing 12 new beautiful family homes onto.
They required our services to capture aerial photographs of the site, which they would then send to their CGI team, to implement the designed renders, into.
These aerial renders would then be used for planning applications, marketing, investor interest and buyer interest. Below, you can see some of the aerial shots we captured, along with the final CGI results.
Studio Brink
Studio Brink reached out to us regarding a customer's new-to-be developed home, which required some aerial shots capturing as re-creation images from an old plane shot, captured in the 1900's. This aerial shot would be used as an additional angle for the planning application, which was proving to be a challenge!
You can see below, a small selection of the drone angles we captured, as well as some on-the-ground DSLR shots which we were also required to capture, along with the completed CGIs.
Linea Homes
Linea Homes recently aquired a new site, the Jack & Gill Pub, in Coulson, and reached out to us as they required angles of the existing development, which would be used for the planning application to develop 5 new properties off the back and sides of the pub.
The existing pub would remain, and 5 new residencies built, supporting affordable new family homes in the area.
