Interior Drone Fly-Through
We worked on behalf of a 3D Tour Service Provider to create this amazing one-take FPV drone fly-through tour of this student accomodation building communal area in London, which they could implement into their tours.

So, what is FPV?
FPV is a specialist type of drone, either used for exterior fast-flying racing shots (e.g. racetrack, F1, etc) or the slower models (cinewhoops) are used for interior flying.

Both types of drones are self-built, with customised parts bought, and welded together.
The cinewhoops, not always, but usually have protector guards build around the build, to allow for safe flying inside, to avoid damage to properties, people, actors, etc.

Both drones are required to be flown 100% manually - meaning if the pilot lets go of the sticks, the drone will drop. Both drones require immense amount of skill to fly, and are highly specialist; in comparison to a usual drone where if you let go of the sticks, the drone will hover in one place utilising its 'brain'.

Therefore, to achieve these incredible fly-through results, our pilots must be able to get the throttle level absolutely accurate to the dot for all projects, to ensure the drone stays on a level plain throughout each tour, combatting wind tunnels through corridors, open window breezes, transferring from interior atmosphere to exterior (e.g. going from outside through a door, into the outside) as perfectly as possible to ensure a smooth, professional, high-end production.
